Sep 9, 2008 - its not just two moves. free running uses flips and other things that aren't efficent all things that are just for show is free running but I still think you are doing well seeing that you have been doing it for a short time you are progressing fast just keep at it and you can be great

Nov 13, 2008 - there are more than 2 moves because you have palm spins, flips,hand stands, arials, and flags so yea there is reason also to call them free running because there purpose is to basically do awsome tricks whereas parkour is about being fast and persice. other wise you are pretty good at parkour and yea keep it up ==D

Nov 15, 2008 - yea you could see some of our realy old lamo ones but me and my mates are making a new one soon and should be done by the end of chrisie. go into RandomNati0n on yt and you can see our first 2 attempts they are real old (like 1.5 years now) and we have gotten heaps better. how long have you been doing parkour for?
