T bar rows with a barbell in a corner, 4 plates and a 10 for 10 reps. Its not perfect "text book" form, but you know what, form is what makes the exercise work, and you have to tweak form til you find what works for you. My form works for me. Dont copy my form til you know what works for you.

Oct 12, 2008 - One thing i hate about traveling is when you have an exercise planned, and that gym wont allow them. One time i was in BC, and they wouldnt let me deadlift, squat, or do T-bars... Seriously? wtf.
