Sep 22, 2008 - Sustain about 75%, tone about 27%, and my volume is about 8 or 10 on the Pink Flesh. I use a very clean '65 Fender twin amp. These settings should sound good on any clean tube amp. If you are using a solid state amp you may get very different results. Try a ProCo Rat if you are using a solid state.

Oct 6, 2008 - No, I think it is retired. They come up on ebay quite often. That is where I got mine. They are expensive though. $250-500 is typical.
