Whoooaaaa, dude, did I not post this??? I could have SWORN I did!!!!! OMG, I feel horrible!!!!!!! Seriously guys, I'm sooo sorry for not posting AUL. I'll try to write more and post tomorrow or the day after. Again, sorry! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Joe had walked through the house, in search of Asma, but she was long gone. He ran out of the house onto the porch and saw Asma hopping on one foot down the street, putting her shoe on. "Asma!" Joe called. Asma hesitated, and confirming that it was Joe calling her name, not Nick, she turned around slowly. "Where are you going?!" Joe asked from the porch. "I'm going home! Where does it look like I'm going?" Asma replied. She turned back and started to walk back to the house, and Joe hopped off the porch, running after her. He grabbed her waist and turned her around and Asma fell in place with his chest. "Hello, there," She said, smiling lightly. "Are you alright? Like, you aren't going to cut yourself or anything? Or just show up tonight in black clothes, black nail polish and lipstick, and then very thick eyeliner?" Joe asked seriously. The expression on his face made Asma start to laugh. "Joe, I'll be fine, okay? It's just Nick. If I play my cards right, I won't have to see him so much tonight." Asma said. Joe frowned. "You're going to have to forgive him sooner or later." He pointed out. Asma pretended to think about this thought. "Hm. I choose later. See you tonight." Asma pecked his cheek quickly and turned away, but Joe pulled her back again. "Let's retry that." He said, and he leaned in to kiss her properly. "Save me a dance tonight," He murmured after pulling away. "Of course," Asma said casually. Joe smiled and the two went their seperate ways. Asma walked back into her house quietly. The house didn't stir, so she figured everyone must still have been asleep... Until she walked into her bedroom: "WHERE were you?! We still have a LOT to go over, so we need to start as soon as we can! I woke up and you weren't here! Where were you!? Did I already ask that? But where were you!?" Nadyne asked. Apparently, she was set into hysterics. Asma raised her hands in surrender. "Whoa, whoa, chillax Dee. I was with Joe, just chillin'." Asma said coolly. "Why were you with Joe? What did Nick say?! Do I have to kick his ass??" Nadyne asked, still hysterical. "I was with Joe because he invited me to watch some cartoons. Nick was being Nick, and no, you don't have to." Asma replied. She plopped down onto her circular chair that hung from ropes on her ceiling. Naydne nodded and took a deep breath, falling back onto Asma's bed. "So, what did you do with Joe?" Nadyne asked curiously. Asma shrugged. "We watched Tom and Jerry." Asma said: Hey, she wasn't completely lying. Nick was sitting alone in the kitchen, repeatedly running his fingers through his hair. How was he possibly going to fix this? Forgetting Asma all together was waaay out of the question. And she didn't seem to want to talk to him at the moment. And then there was Joe... Were they dating? What was that kiss about? Did Asma like Joe /back/? Did she still like Nick?? Nick dropped his head on the table in front of him with a thump, and he winced. "That hurt," He said to himself, as he rubbed his forehead. "Hey bro!" Kevin said enthusiastically as he walked into the kitchen. "Hey," Nick replied halfheartedly. "You excited for tonight?" Kevin asked. He poured orange juice into two glasses. Nick shrugged. "Somewhat," He replied. Kevin handed Nick a glass and leaned against the counter. "You and Asma still in a funk?" He asked. Nick nodded and sipped his orange juice, fortified with Vitamin C (:]) Joe walked into the kitchen and nodded in acknowledgment towards Kevin, and poured himself some orange juice. "So, what time did Asma say to be at the dance hall?" He asked. "She said to be there at about 6ish, and after that, she and Nadyne are coming back to stay the night here." Nick said matter-of-factly. Joe looked at him suspiciously. Nick met his gaze and looked away. "I know /some/ things," Nick mumbled. "Yeah, only some. If you knew more, you and Asma might actually be on good terms," Joe retorted.
