WITH BRAND NEW CARS =) The trains people are saying are fema trains have CN , KCS, AUTO-MAX, TTX and other rail company logos on them. I doubt ANY fema train would have these logos. FEMA does actually own these types of trains too.. but it is for one purpose only.. TRASNSPORTING FEMA VEHICLES (Hummers, Trucks etc.) The shackles are to hold the cars in place. They also have a ring on them (looks like a handcuffs) to lock the chains inplace around the wheels. The "supposed" benches down the sides.... arent really that. Those are the older trains and "the benches" are just WHEEL GUIDES down the sides to allow the cars to drive on. Now the fema trains.. YES, FEMA does have auto-rack trains... but it makes sense. Why Would they drive 1000's of hummers across country, using gas, putting milage on the vehicles when they can ship em by train and only have to turn the vehicle on to drive it onto the train??? AMTRACK even puts these auto trains on the back of passenger trains sometimes so when people go on a trip they can bring there car with them and use it at the arrival location. SHow me a pic of the WHITE fema trains being used for something other then transporting some type of vehicle inside of them and THEN.. i will say you are right. (because i do belive NWO/Bildeeberg group as well) If FEMA did order trains it would be a box car, not a car with holes so people can scream and see or be heard from. Also the second floor on these auto trains ISNT A COMPLETE FLOOR lmao, it only can support the wheels of a car, the middle is hollow (similar to the lift your car drives on at a mechanic shop). If you wanna know what a fema train looks like.. i heard there was a bunch hidden in containers in california off ships from china... not these AUTO CARRYING TRAINS THAT HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR 20 YEARS!!!!! IN short: SHACKLES?? - u mean chains to hold the cars in place, to prevent them from rolling/moving or being damaged during transportation. BENCHES - There is none!! There is WHEEL GUIDES to guide the cars once they are inside of the train. There is also movable floors that go up and down to allow Bigger vehicles like SUVS/TRUCKS to fit inside. VENTILATION HOLES - The holes are there to reduce the weight of the train!!!! lmao of course they are going to be ventilation holes.. cars create toxic emissions. If there was no holes do you realize how toxic the air inside these trains would be from fumes??? It would pose a health hazard to all employees working on or around these trains if they were NOT vented. Think of it the same as second hand smoke in a house with no windows open. Honestly: Show me a picture of the benches (DOWN THE SIDE), or of the handcuffs that isnt photoshopped or "at night" and I'll believe u!! Till then, I believe in NWO, but these are NOT PRISONER TRAINS!

Nov 18, 2008 - thanks for posting this i have always wanted to see a car hauling train being loaded. you should move away from calling it a fema train at all, the "fema" trains are pathetic too get a life fools they arent going to be able to camp us anywhere but for this country we are tied to in crisis.

Nov 19, 2008 - FEMA does constant urban search and rescue training. FEMA also protects their equipment to the point where it is odd. When I was in Louisiana working with the FEMA people, they like to use gas, ALOT of it doing useless stupid shit to kill time. Most of the telephonic supervisors(the people in charge of working on telephone lines) would always drive around their cars, trucks, or humvees all the time to kill time. They only had to work like... 3 hours the whole day.

Nov 19, 2008 - FEMA's financial assistants and program managers spend lots of money on spare equipment, especially the used trains from major train companies. On the east coast they use a lot from Norfolk Southern, Conrail, and Maersk Sealand. Because after those companies run the shit out of their trains they sell them. The maintenance Techs with FEMA transport alot of their converted Humvees into Paint trucks and therefor the ventilation holes are used for keeping the paint from exploding from transports.

Nov 19, 2008 - Thirdly, since FEMA is a US government run agency, they get all the HUMVEEs that the US used that are not fit to be used in IRAQ and Afghanistan, especially the Reserve branches and National Guard Units. The chains are to keep them in place so they don't BUMP INTO EACH OTHER. Also, If you've ever seen FEMA on a open road before, you can tell that their are a large % of Females working for FEMA and most of FEMA workers drive those fancy Diesel Humvees(the Urban Search and Rescue ppl)

And, if you've EVER seen a FEMA worker, you could tell THEY DON'T carry guns and most of their "behind the scenes workers" wear suits and the "front line" workers are the ones who dress like normal ppl, or they wear BDU style pants(old Camo patterns, or EMS style pants) for urban search and rescue operations. Alot of the urban search and rescue ppl are EMT's, Firefighters, and some are ex police officers. Conspiracy theorists get a life.
