[JB; no ones pov] [they were in their new jersey hotel hanging in their room. Nick was staring out the window. Joe was watching TV. And kevin was texting Ashley.] J: what's Ashley up to? K: about to leave for the airport. N: for what? K: um. N: what? K: today is when Madison is leaving for London. N: she's leaving today?! J: dude. I think— [before joe could even finish, nick was racing out the door and down the hall, but he grabbed something from his room on the way out.] [Madison&Ashley] [Ashley was saying goodbye to Madison right before the security line. There was an hour or two until her flight was to leave. They said their goodbyes and Madison grabbed her carry-on bag.] M: bye Ashley. I love you A: I love you too [Madison gave her one last hug and headed to security. When she got through the line she bought a magazine and sat at her gate.] [nick pov] [when I ran out of the room I stopped by big robs room and got him to come with me so I wouldn't get stopped by fans. We got on a train and I called Ashley.] A: hello? N: ASHLEY! What time does the plane leave!? A: huh? N: valeries plane! When does it leave?! A: in like 45 minutes to an hour. Why? N: I've got to catch her before she leaves! A: nick. You can't keep her from leaving. N: I know. But I cant let her leave for a year with us being like this. Im on a train right now. A: I hate to be a downer but you'll never be able to make it, and even if you do, how are you gonna get passed security, and what are you gonna say to her? N: I haven't thought that far ahead, okay? I have to make it. Bye ash. A: bye. And nick? N: yeah? A: good luck. I know you love her. N: thanks. [I hung up the phone and found a pen and an old flyer. I started a song and finished right before we stopped. I still had 15-30 minutes before her plane was supposed to leave. Big rob and I grabbed a cab to the airport. Lucky me, we got caught in stand still traffic. We got out and started running instead. When we walked in, I went up to the front desk and asked about her flight.] LDESK: im sorry sir. You just missed it. [I slammed the wall with my hand. I couldn't believe this. Then my phone started ringing, it was Ashley.] A: NICK! Are you there?! N: I'm here. Im too late. A: no! she just called me. Her plane was delayed! [I hung up and looked at the screen of flight numbers. I found her number and watched the status change to delayed. YES!] N: listen, I have to get past the security line LDESK: im sorry sir, you must have a boarding pass N: fine! Give me a ticket! LDESK: where would you like to travel, sir? N: I don't care! Just give me a ticket! [she printed out my boarding pass as I paid her. Big rob and I ran up to the security line. It was VERY long. I went up to the next person in line. It was and older man.] N: sir. Can I please cut you? OM: no N: please. Listen, the love of my life is about to leave for a year and I have to see her and apologize for being an idiot. OM: no. ive been in this line forever N: sir, I love this girl more than anything. I've loved her since I was seven and if I don't get in there RIGHT now, I wont catch her before her flight leaves and I wont see her for a year. Please. OM: alright kid, go on. --- 1 left:]
