(Julia's P.O.V) For the whole day we were visiting the babies and Steph at the hospital. Kevin hadn't told her about what happened. Then next day, she came home. That night I cried with out having Joe cuddling with me, and losing everyone's trust. I stayed in my bed my eyes puffy and red, shaking. My door opened and Stephanie came in quietly. She shook me "BABY SIS I'M HOME!" She yelled. I looked up at her and burried my head in my pillow again. "Oh my gosh!? Julia whats the matter?" She asked sitting down on my bed. "Nothing" I mumbled into my pillow. "Sure its nothing." She said. "No I don't want you to be worried with anything. Not when you have to take care of the twins." I said sitting up wiping my eyes. "Sis I'm not mentally unstable or anything. And your my child too. Talk to me! Tell me whats up!" She said. I laughed at my sisters cheesyness. "Well Kevin, Nikki, and Nick think Joe nd I...um.....well had sex." I said. Her eyes bugged out. "Well did you!?" She asked. I shook my head franticlly. "NOOOO!!!!" I said. She calmed down. "And now Keivn banned Joe from sleeping here." I said. "I'll talk to Kevin honey. For right now take a nice warm shower and come downstairs and get something to eat." She said taking my hand. I smiled and hugged her. I love my sister. I took a shower and ran downstairs. I looked at the three boys relaxing watching television. "Dude I can't believe Shelly fell and got a nail stuck all the way through her hand!" Nick said. "One thing...I wish I was there." Joe answered. i smiled to myself. "You guys are gross. I feel so much more mature....and older.....and old in general." Kevin said standing up. I laughed at his remark which made him turn. "Julia..." He said. "Look I'm so sorry. Adter Nikki and Nick said all thsoe things...I.....I didn't know what to expect. And I was extremly over whelmed with my twins being born....and.." He said. I cut him off. "It's ok Kevin. I forgive you." I said. He smiled then went to the kitchen. "Julia I'm so sorry too. I shouldn't hahve thought the worst." Nick said. "I forgive you too." I said he smiled and turned his attention back to the tv. I completly ignored Joe though. I don't know why I did, but I did. I went to the kitchen where Nikki also apologized. I forgave her and ate. Then my cell phone started to buzz inside me pocket. I pulled it out and checked the caller ID. It was some unknown number. "Hello?" I said answering it. "Hey Julia it's me, Preston. Remember, we were best friends in school." He said. I couldn't believe it. "Preston!? Preston Price?" I asked. "Yeah!" He said. "Hi!" I almost yelled into the reciever. "Listen I'm in New York for a while. I leave tomorrow. Can you come down to the Greenfield Hotel to see me?" He said. "Of corse I can. What time?" I asked. "Um...hows five minutes?" he asked. "Great. See you soon!" I said then I hung up. I jumped up and grabbed my keys. "Where are you goin babe?" Joe asked walking up to me and putting his arms around my waist. For some reason i felt the need to lie to him. "I'm going to the store. I'll be back in a bit." I said. What was wrong with me? Why was I lieing to Joe? "Oh ok. Be back soon though!" He said happily. "I will." I answered. He kissed me and I hesitantly kissed back. THen I turned on my heel and walked out the door. I looked back before I closed it to see Joe turning around to walk back to the tv room. He waved and flashed me a smile. I threw him a fake smile and shut the door. "What is wrong with me?" I whispered to myself. I got into my car and started driving to the Greenfield Hotel. I pulled into the parking lot and grabbed the spot nearest to the extremly large building. Preston Price is my extremly rich old best friend. After he moved to Canada, I never spoke to him again. I went to the receptionist desk and asked "Preston Prices room?" "Room number 1513, top floor, penthouse." She said. I nodded and went to his room. I knocked on the door and it was opened by non-other, then Preston Price. "Julia!" He said pulling me into a hug. He pulled me into the room and sat me down at teh couches. He gave me a cup and poured some tea into it. Yup. It was the same old, tea drinking, Preston Price. He sat down right next to me and started to drink his tea. "You know Julia.." He said. "I love you, and always have loved you." He then said. I almost spit out my sour tasting tea. Then he leaned in and kissed me. "Preston no." I said pulling away. He had a sly smile on his face. All of the sudden I had the urge to want to get out of there and NEVER go back. Wow. So Preston Price has a 'thing' for Julia huh? Well then. Read Chapter 46 to..well read on. lol
